Dayna's Palate Surgery - October 2006

Text: Your palate surgery was on October 20.The day contained more excitement than we cared for. Mom woke up with strep throat and spent some time in the ER at 2:30 in the morning. Your surgery went well, but there was some confusion at the hospital and you ended up in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit due to overflow issues. It was a long, stressful day, but we were thrilled that surgery went well. You sure enjoyed snuggling while getting better.
